Your personal data is processed in Germany and other European countries.

Personal data are processed by Investis Digital, located in United Kingdom. United Kingdom is recognized by the EU Commission as providing and adequate to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), level, of personal data protection. An adequacy decision is adopted by the EU Commission.
Personal data processed by Google Analytics are stored on Google servers located in the USA. The United States is recognized by the EU Commission as providing an adequate level of personal data protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Google LLC is certified against this framework.
In addition to the adequacy decisions, further guarantees such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art.44 GDPR) are implemented to ensure the continued protection of personal data.
We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions, including profiling.
- Your browser data except from your IP address will be stored for the duration of the session and be deleted once the session is off.
- Your IP address will be stored for 90 days so that we can react in the event of data security deficiencies or issues with user intervention. After 90 days of retention, your IP address will be deleted immediately.
- Your personal data processed by Google Analytics is stored for 14 months. After 14 months of retention, your data will be deleted automatically. Your data can be deleted earlier than the 14-month retention period, if you revoke your consent. Upon your consent revocation, and provided that there is no legal obligation or compelling legitimate interests to retain them, it will be deleted immediately.
- Your personal data processed via the Contact form, is retained by Vantage Towers AG until we provide you with a final answer. After providing you with a final answer, it will be deleted immediately.
